This Saturday, May 18th, at our 7 pm game on Grubb Field, long-time umpire, Jaimie Erskine, who is now in a wheelchair, will be umping for the first time in 3 years. Jaimie is the first umpire to be granted permission to work 1st base from a wheelchair by LL International. He along with Bill Finley (longtime ump and current district administrator) will be umping the game together. Please come out to the game and join the A’s and Red Sox in giving him a warm welcome back to the diamond!

Opening Day Ceremonies Cancelled This Year
Given the field conditions and the expected rain overnight the FLL Board has reluctantly decided to cancel the Opening Day Ceremonies which were rescheduled for Saturday (5/4). We are looking at a closing ceremony and will advise when planned.

FALMOUTH LITTLE LEAGUE 2019 REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN
Registration for the Falmouth Little League 2019 Baseball and
Softball Season remains open for the following Divisions:
4 year old T-Ball -play starts on Saturday May 4th. This co-ed division will
meet on Saturday mornings from 9:00am to 10:15 am through June 15th season.
5/6 Year old T-Ball – play starts on Monday April 29th . Players can choose
to play on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday-season ends
June 13th . We have co-ed teams, all girls teams and all boys teams available.
Game-times are from 5:30-7:00 PM
Baseball Minors/Coach Pitch This is also known as AA Baseball it is open
to all 7 and 8 year olds. Season dates are April 22- June 15. Teams play 2
games per week (one on a weekday and one on Saturday).

to all 9-11 year olds. Season game dates are April 22- June 15. Teams play

Opening Day Ceremony Saturday, May 4th
Ceremony starts at 10:00 am. Please arrive at 9:00 am, no later than 9:30 am.
BOYS AGE 13-14- LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL IS NOT OVER FOR YOU!! OUR JUNIORS DIVISION WILL HAVE 2-3 FALMOUTH TEAMS THIS YEAR AND WE WILL PLAY THE OTHER LL JUNIORS PROGRAMS IN OUR DISTRICT (SHOULD HAVE 16-20 TOTAL TEAMS). TRADITIONALLY THE JUNIORS HAS NOT STARTED UNTIL LATE MAY-BUT WE WILL BE STARTING MUCH SOONER THIS YEAR SO THAT WE CAN GET IN MORE PLAYING TIME.
